A federal judge in Pennsylvania has ruled that The Satanic Temple must be allowed to hold its “After School Satan Club” in a public middle school in Pennsylvania’s Saucon Valley School District.

He’s accused of leaving a voicemail with the middle school, saying he was displeased with the decision to allow an After School Satan Club to use the building, and threatening to “come in there and shoot everybody,” the DA’s office said.

The reversal comes just days after Superintendent Jaime Vlasaty defended the decision to allow the After School Satan Club, which is unaffiliated with the district, to use facilities at the district middle school.
